I’m Amanda Figueroa, an educator, coach, and proud problem-solver who has spent over a decade working alongside teachers, school leaders, and districts to turn big challenges into clear, actionable next steps.

 

From the classroom to the principal’s office to now serving as Managing Partner at Relay Graduate School of Education leading West Coast partnerships, my work has always centered on one thing helping leaders do the work that matters most for students.

Let’s FIGure It Out was created to extend that mission even further. I partner with leaders especially those serving underserved communities to build strong instructional systems, coach with clarity, and create learning environments where both adults and students can succeed.

My approach is real, practical, and rooted in partnership. No fluff, no one-size-fits-all solutions just honest collaboration, sharp thinking, and a commitment to getting better every day. Now based in Orlando, Florida, I continue to support schools and systems across the country because every student deserves great teaching, and every leader deserves the support to make that happen.
